Evening Workshop: Be an A+ Parent of Gifted & Twice Exceptional Learners Thursday, September 18, from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, at Summit Center Santa Monica. What do our children need to be successful in school and in life? Dr. Dan Peters and Certified Parent Educator Melanie Prager discuss the characteristics of gifted and 2e children and offer new parenting tools and techniques. Pre-register for $25. Morning Workshop: An Introduction to Parenting Gifted & Twice-Exceptional (2e) Children on Wednesday, October 1, from 10:00 – 11:30 am, at Summit Center Santa Monica. Guided Discussion Group for Parents of Gifted Children, Thursday evenings, starting October 16, 7:00 -9:00 pm, at Summit Center Santa Monica. Learn about parenting to meet the social and emotional needs of gifted children.
